That’s the reason for the recent restructuring of our organisational setup. We have launched three Strategic Business Units (SBUs), two of which will focus on delivery to the Manufacturing and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sectors, with a third dedicated to Renewable Generation.
Restructured for specialism
Serving the Manufacturing and CRE sectors requires a package of skills, experience and wider industry knowledge. That’s why the sector-based SBUs will be led by specialists in their field, with intricate knowledge of the challenges facing these distinct industries.
Noel Ferguson is Head of Client Services – Manufacturing, with James Wood acting in the same role for Commercial Real Estate. Each has many years of experience within the industry. Each is abreast of the latest trends and issues faced by operators in the sector. And each is able to use that understanding to offer tailored, practical recommendations in procurement, cost recovery, energy compliance, building optimisation and more.
As Head of Client Services – Renewables, Cian O’Donnell will lead the SBU dedicated to renewable generators looking to sell power and gas strategically, while providing channels to organisations from all sectors seeking a channel for corporate PPA’s and GPA’s.

Supporting James, Noel and Cian will be a team of dedicated account managers, selected for their industry experience in procurement, engineering, energy management, renewable generation and more. They will act as the ‘connective tissue’ between our clients, our sector specialists, our technical teams and our multi-disciplinary service teams.
